In 2000, Dato Paul Hayyu KOH B.Eng. Mba (NCL.U.K); and Mr Kah-Ho, (James) WONG Bsc, Dip Arch (Bartlett UCL.UK), ARIBA. ARBUK, began a partnership firm with its business start-up initial holdings, with acquiring ownership of Gardenia Food Industries (Brunei).

Incorporation 2006
JWPK Holdings Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) was incorporated in the year 2006 by the JWPK Corporate Partnership, as a S.E. Asian investment acquisitions holdings company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
